With a variety of family-friendly spaces and themed entertainment, Disney Cruises are a popular choice for family holidays. Taking the excitement further is the newest addition to the fleet—Disney Adventure. Set to make its maiden voyage in March 2026, Disney Adventure will be the cruise line’s first ship to homeport in Asia. It’s a lot larger than other ships in the Disney fleet and boasts of several unique features and experiences. Join us as we find out more.
Themed Zones Brimming with Storybook Magic
The Disney Adventure has 7 imaginatively themed areas designed around Disney, Marvel, and Pixar tales.
At the heart of the ship on Deck 10 are the Disney Imagination Garden and the Disney Discovery Reef. These zones host captivating stage performances and house dining venues with delicious menus. Make your way to the back and you’ll find yourself at the relaxing Wayfinder Bay. This Moana-inspired space has a pool, bar, and amphitheatre seating for interactive events and live shows.
A few decks below are Town Square and the new San Fransokyo Street. At Town Square you’ll find the iconic Walt Disney Theatre, themed dining venues, charming cafés, and unique shops like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. It is also home to Spellbound - an adult-exclusive escape lounge. Situated towards the back of the ship, San Fransokyo Street is a vibrant, tech-meets-tradition area. It features tween and teen youth clubs, Baymax Cinemas, a one-of-a-kind family gaming lounge, and a souvenir shop.

The top decks are packed with excitement. On one hand is the whimsical Toy Story Place with its wild slides, pools, and whirlpool spas. On the other is Marvel Landing. This fun-filled adventure zone celebrates all things Marvel with 3 brand-new attractions - Groot Galaxy Spin, Pym Quantum Racers, and Ironcycle Test Run. At a length of 820 feet, the Ironcycle Test Run is the longest roller coaster at sea.
Entertainment Around Every Corner
From Broadway-style productions to unforgettable meet-and-greets, the Disney Adventure offers something for everyone. At the top of the must-watch entertainment list is the all-new Broadway musical, “Remember”. This heartwarming production enlists characters from several Disney and Pixar animated films. Then there’s the musical retelling of Moana, a staged battle between Marvel Super Heroes and Villains, and lively musicals with rousing renditions of iconic Disney tunes. The fun carries on with Marvel-inspired live shows at the Garden Stage and other productions.
There’s a lot that kids aboard the Disney Adventure can do on their own too. While the youngest Disney voyagers are looked after at Disney’s “It’s a Small World” nursery, kids in the 3-to-10-year age group can spend time at the Oceaneer Club. Here they can enjoy storytelling sessions, arts and crafts, games, and a lineup of Disney movies. They can also look forward to special experiences like the Royal Society for Friendship and Tea, the Marvel Style Studio, and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
Older kids get their own dedicated hangout space. Tweens and teens can play a variety of board and video games or watch movies at the ‘Edge’ and ‘Vibe’ clubs. And, while the kids are being entertained, adults can unwind in elegant bars and lounges or indulge in the Rainforest Room’s spa treatments.
Dining with Character
The Disney Adventure features over 20 dining options. This ranges from upscale restaurants with specialty menus to quick-service casual eateries and bars. Dinner at the Hollywood Spotlight Club, Navigator’s Club and Animator’s Palate, or Animator’s Table is included in Disney’s signature rotational dining experience. It’s not just the food that makes these restaurants special. Here you’ll get a front-row seat to innovative dinner shows and a chance to interact with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Disney’s other VIPs.
Some of the other themed restaurants to look forward to include the Enchanted Summer Restaurant, Mowgli's Eatery, Gramma Tala's Kitchen, and Stitch’s Ohana Grill. In addition to these, Disney Adventure has 2 premium dining venues - Mike & Sulley’s Flavors of Asia and Palo Trattoria. The latter is an adult-exclusive restaurant that’s ideal for date nights.
Cozy Rooms with Disney Charm
All the staterooms and suites aboard the Disney Adventure are thoughtfully designed with family-friendly layouts and curated artwork inspired by Disney and Marvel films. Guests can choose from four main stateroom categories: Inside, Oceanview, Verandah, and Concierge.
The Verandah Staterooms feature private balconies with a view of the ocean, Disney Discovery Reef, or Disney Imagination Garden. You can also enjoy an ocean view from the large windows in the Oceanview and Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms. The Inside Staterooms are compact yet cleverly designed, offering more space than many same-class rooms on other cruise ships.
For those seeking extra indulgence, the Concierge-level rooms and suites offer the ultimate in comfort and style. These luxurious retreats have larger living spaces and upgraded furnishings. You will also get exclusive access to a private lounge, sun deck with a whirlpool spa, and a dedicated team to assist with priority boarding and anything else you may need.
